ADAPTIVE REUSE - BUSINESS SPACE

This 60,000 SF concrete frame and masonry building, previously a  manufacturing facility, was repurposed for loft style business space. Much of the design concept employs several layers of large-scale, borrowed lights to produce bright, inviting workspace deep into the building, making  efficient use of of the large floor plates. The project included all new building systems except the structure itself.  The facility leased quickly attracting architects, interior, industrial and graphic design firms.
