IHG Development Corporation is an architect-led, Licensed Chicago General Contractor - who’s purpose is to bring predictability, convenience, cost and schedule control as well as bang-for-the-buck value, to the construction projects of its clients

Initially organized to respond to clients frustrated with contractors and the traditional multi-step format of design then bid, (and often re-design then re-bid and) then construction, IHG Development, has the ability to provide pricing in the early phases of design and project definition.

With a strong background in client advocacy, and a long-term commitment to properly executed construction, familiarity the newer building codes, and relevant product and material data, architect-led contractors identify better solutions for their clients, who obtain superior value and greater ‘bang-for-the-buck’.
