Decades of use and weather took its toll on this 150 unit ‘70s affordable high-rise senior housing facility. The rehab project required extensive exterior concrete repair, new windows, mechanicals, elevators, all new interior fixtures and finishes and state of the art life safety systems. The focused design-build project delivered the project under budget and ahead of schedule allowing the developer to undertake un-budgeted improvements further raising the quality of life for the residents at the facility.
